  2. Passport Size Photographs: We require three passport-sized photographs of the child for our records. Additionally, kindly provide one passport-sized photograph of both parents to help us maintain essential contact information.

  3. Photograph of Attendant/Relative: For the safety and security of your child, we also request one passport-sized photograph of the attendant or relative who may be responsible for collecting the child from the school or school transport, especially if they are not the child’s parents.

School Transport

For your convenience, we provide transportation facilities for our students. While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of the children during transport, it’s essential to note that the school cannot be held responsible for any mishaps or injuries that may occur in and around the school premises or during transportation.

Change of Address

If you experience a change of address, we kindly request that you promptly notify either your child’s teacher or our school administration. This step allows us to make the necessary adjustments to your child’s records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Withdrawal

In the event that you need to withdraw your child from our school, please note that we require a one-month written notice. It’s important to understand that upon withdrawal, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Transfer Policy for Your Convenience

At SANFORT, we understand that circumstances may necessitate the transfer of your child from one branch to another. To ensure a smooth transition, we have established a straightforward transfer policy with your convenience in mind. Here are the necessary steps:

  1. A transfer application should be submitted to both the current branch (transferor) and the intended branch (transferee) at least 15 days prior to the transfer date.

  2. In the case of mid-term transfers, relevant information and documentation will be seamlessly shared between the two branches through our dedicated coordinators.

  3. When a student transfers from one SANFORT branch to another, the annual charges, activity fees, tuition fees, and other associated charges of the new branch will apply.

  4. Parents are requested to settle the tuition fees and other applicable charges in accordance with the fee structure of the new branch.
